The pool is now closed until Memorial day next year. Thank you for observing all the pool rules. We did not have any problems this year with tenants, pool cleaning, or maintenance and we truly appreciate all your efforts!

We are gearing up for winter and have just a few reminders about the winter season:

• Please remember not to park your vehicle\\\'s bumper over the sidewalk. We need the space for snow removal.
• Please be careful, the sidewalks and parking lot can get icy.
• We are planning on having another Christmas Pot Luck this year and would love for everyone to mark there calendars for December 9th. We had so much fun last year and would love to see everybody again this year! More information will be made available the closer we get.

We are doing our best to schedule all maintenance calls on Tuesdays and Fridays to help keep things organized for us, but would like to remind you that certain things should be treated as an emergency and will be attended to same day such as:

• Any leaks, clogs, or floods need to be reported and serviced immediately.
• Any problems with your heat.
• Electrical problems that could danger your home or smoke detectors that are not working.

 Unfortunately, we are having to say goodbye to two of our longest residents here at Lakemont. Mr and Mrs. Parker will be leaving us to join there family after 21 years of residency. They have been so wonderful and we are very sad to see them go, but as life goes on, so do living requirements. We want to wish them the best of luck on there new venture and hope life treats them well along there journey. Thank you for all the smiles and genuine time you have spent with us.
